This little Piggy went to..One big problem.. Morton's Toe

Does this picture look familiar?
With Morton's Toe it appears
that the second toe is longer,
actually it is the Big Toe that
is shorter.
Morton's Toe is a genetic
condition &; not to be confused
with Morton's  Neuroma.

Morton'sNeuroma is a painful condition of entrapped nerves found in the foot.
Wearing shoes that are too tight or too narrow
is thought to be the cause of this condition.
Sometimes placing padding between the toes helps.

There are related trigger points in the
hips, legs & the foot areas.  Such as the Gluteus muscle,Quadriceps, Tibialis Posterior,Flexor Hallucis Brevis.
Massage Therapy is very beneficial for the TRIGGER Points.

Achilles Tendon Tear

Achilles Tendon
is the most powerful tendon
in the body. Tendons attach to
muscles and bones. It is located
in the lower back half of the calf
muscles, the soleus and the
gastrocnemius. The ruptures
usually occur with sports injuries
while playing sports likes
basketball, football, tennis or baseball.
When the tendon ruptures you usually hear a loud "pop"
and feel a snap in the calf area. Followed by sharp sever pain.
Each case is different.
Your Doctor usually request a MRI to see where the tear is located.
This will determine his treatment plan.

The Shift of Consciousness

Feel the Shift of Consciousness? It is here.
The ones that are deceitful, and bear false witness upon us are all being exposed.
Their time is not near, THEIR TIME IS NOW.
IT IS HERE FOR ALL of THEM.
There is no blaming others for their actions.
They are the ones that have done the deed.
They knew, they all have freewill.
They all know what is Right and what is Wrong.
The Domino effect is here.
