High Blood Pressure? Could A Massage help with the Stress?

Massage therapy has long been viewed by many as a luxury treat to your body. An indulgent that you may think about but feel a little guilty.

When your muscles are sore from the tension and stress you experience on a daily basis, your blood pressure is strained also.

While Deep Tissue massage therapy is very beneficial to your overall well-being, a healthy lifestyle change is necessary.

Consult your family doctor for more information.

Knee pain....

The knee joint is the largest joint in the body.

We all at one time or another have experienced some sort of knee discomfort. Symptoms develop from every-day wear and tear on our body, overuse and injury. Knee problems and injury most often happen during sports, recreational activities, home projects and work-related tasks.

The surface of the bones inside of the knee joint is covered by articular cartilage. This helps by acting like a shock absorber similar to a car's when going over bumps in the road.

Although knee problems are usually caused from an injury there are some people that are more prone the knee problems than others. Many jobs, sports, getting older, excessive weight and arthritis all contribute to the chances of developing problems with your knees.
Check with your doctor for more information.
Maintaining flexibility is important to keep the body mobile.

Gentle stretching and walking all help with the bodies movement.
