Wrist Pain?..Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.....

Could it be Carpal Tunnel? Do you have numbness, tingling and burning in your hand and fingers? You may experience pain or a weakness in your forearm and that is caused by pressure on a nerve in your wrist. You may also have the pain from your neck down your shoulder and arm.

There are different causes for the swelling of the Carpal Tunnel area. It is thought that repetitive activities during work sports and the use of vibrating machinery and tools.

Massage Therapy and Trigger Point work is very beneficial.
The posterior scalene muscle (neck) need to be work on along with the upper trapezius muscle group as well. This work can be painful and not always a good feeling while pressure is being applied.
There are several stretching exercises that are helpful to keep the wrist flexible.

Those stretches feel good. You know how many hours a day I sit at a computer, and my hands hurt. Good topic!

Those stretches hurt when I try to do them. I have it in both wrist from being pregnant with twins. If I hold my hand to the side you can see the lump on my wrists. Is there anything else I can do to ease the pain since that doesn't work for me?
