Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Irritable Bowel Syndrome will typically appear in the late adolescence or early adulthood. It will usually coincide with the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Some call it spastic colon.
Possible triggers to IBS is often connected to stress and our inability to cope with emotional problems. Sometimes it is certain types of foods and the amount we eat that will cause a flare up. Even in women it could be our menstruation cycle.
If you notice a change in your bowel movement patterns
symptoms began at least 6 months ago
you have abdominal pain or discomfort that last at least
3 days each month in the last 3 month
consult your doctor for medical advice.
